1) Investigating Agency Must Register F.I.R. First Then Start Investigation & Copy Of Investigation Report Should Be Provided Free Of cost To the complainant with in reasonable Time.
First of all, the RTI act should be properly implement. If any did not give information within time, he should be penalized and disciplinary action should be taken and after giving information, if any illegality has been shown, he should be booked against culprit person however he is sitting in the highest place.
